H.E. Mr. Lal Dingliana, Ambassador of India to the Republic of Bulgaria, presented the “Letter of Credence” to H.E Georgi Parvanov, President of the Republic of Bulgaria, on November 3, 2006. The Ambassador had a meeting with President Parvanov after the presentation of credential which lasted for 20 minutes. Bilateral issues and prospective areas of cooperation to strengthen the relationship between the two countries were discussed during the meeting. Ambassador emphasized on the need for strengthening the commercial and trade relationship between India and Bulgaria .
